OVERALL

overall, i chose these there sections (modeling, motion and fluid thought) because they are so very different to each other. Some of the aspects are overlapped but they have there unique skills that i have learn from. Modeling has improve my crafting and COLLAGE skills. Motion are more about the narrative of the space and how to create fluidity by using both model and drawings. Finally, my drawing skill is lifted from the rotation 2 to rotation 3 by taking fluid thought. They really help me in the further work.

Round 3- Fluid thought

In this rotation, the main idea of this course is to communicate with viewer by applying different strategies to make your spaces stand out or show the main aspect of the design. In this course i have learn how to use choral in variety of ways to grab viewer's attention and emotions. Rendering, Sizes, proportions, compositions, observation, duration, movement, tone, form and space in the drawings are the main aspects of this course and i have improved on.

Round 2-Motion

In this course, i have learn how to use camera and drawing to make things look real, and most importantly is how to get the people going into the space by using model (as a tool to help me visualize the space and i can actually take photos of it), and A5 drawing with choral and pencil.
I came up with the ideas of the experience from one stair to the other stair. There are some different strategies to deal with stairs. Communicate with people by using
model, techniques of lighting, camera angle, shadows, rendering and consequence of the stills are the most outcomes in the course.

3 Words:

Cavernous

Collision

Filigree

The space that turning over and space underneath each other suggest the collision of the spaces. The broken stairs show the filigree of the space. And the extended spaces after the window investigate the cavernous of the space.

The spatial narrative is start from the stair which was going downward, which was originally going upwards. Behind the upside down window, there is a stair that was suppose as an internal space, stair is connecting to another stair and so on, the direction and the angle of each stair is different and so as the space within the stairs. Stair can extended to unknown space, or can be broken once arrive there. Jumping, going through, flying and walking along the stairs are used to experience the spatial arrangement. Model images, perspective drawings and the combination of both are used in the film, by shifting the mode of presentation, reality and materiality are shown in the film rather than just drawings.
